In 2006, Dscin set up a refinery plant with an annual capacity of 600 tons of heliotropin, a white crystalline powder which is also called Piperonal. Heliotropin is an important fine chemical and organic compound intermediate, and is widely applied to food, beverage, daily chemicals, electroplating, and pharmaceutical industries.
Dscin always ties to develop new products, such as carvone, an important raw material for production of toothpaste, chewing gum, high-grade cosmetics, and perfume.
